How to mint NFTs on OpenSea.io
In this guide, I will provide you with fundamental steps of how to create an NFT on OpenSea. For everything to go smoothly, make sure you have a file that you would like to mint, account on OpenSea.io, digital wallet, and Ethereum.
Step 1 - Create a collection
Go to Opensea.io and place mouse on your avatar, then choose My Collections from the drop-down menu.

Upload your collection logo (350x350) recommended, type the name for your NFT, and description. (You will be able to change these values later.)

Click on create. Congratulations your first collection has been created!
Step 2 - Uploading & Editing File
If you go to My Collections again, you will see the logo and the name of the collection you just created. Click on your collection and then Add New Item. Make sure your digital wallet is connected to the OpenSea marketplace.
Upload the original file.
Type the name of NFT
External Link - if you have a website or information about this NFT, you can paste it there. Buyers will visit that page to learn more about your NFT. It is a good idea to show the process of the creation of your NFTs.
Description - The text will appear underneath your NFT. You can explain to the buyers and collectors about your digital product.
Properties, levels, and stats are helpful tools that buyers can use to filter items on the marketplace. You can put the year of creation, colors, breeds, and other specifications about your project.

Currently, OpenSea doesn't allow the creation of multiple copies, and you may only mint one copy at a time. You may also use "Stats" to show the number of items in the current collection.
In addition, it is also possible to add Unlockable Content to your NFT. It means that the person who owns the NFT can see additional information, such as: link to the original file, the address of where to receive the original work, keys, codes, etc.

One more option is to set your content as Explicit or Sensitive.
After you finished with all the details, click on Create button. In few moments, your NFT will be created! Congratulations!
If you check your collections, you will see that you are the owner of the NFT with the option for sale.
